Privacy policy — Applications

At Casa Numa we process the data you send us when applying for a position with the utmost care:

• Purpose: the data (name, email, profile, CV, message) is stored solely for contact and application management purposes.
• Sign-in with Google: submitting an application requires signing in with a Google account. We only use the name, email and profile picture that Google provides to associate the application with your identity. How Google processes that data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Optional LinkedIn link: you may link your LinkedIn profile in the form so that recruiters can view it. In that case we receive from LinkedIn the name and profile data you authorise; we do not store LinkedIn credentials or share data with LinkedIn beyond what is needed for that link.
• Retention: it is permanently deleted 90 days after the position is closed or the process ends, unless you tell us otherwise.
• We do not share your data with third parties. It is only used internally to evaluate your application and contact you.
• You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability by writing to the contact address on the website.
